You'll work with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies on their most strategic AI initiatives, architecting solutions that power customer service, agent assistance, and field operations at scale. What You'll Do

• Architect AI-powered knowledge solutions based on the eGain AI Knowledge Method
• Integrate eGain AI Knowledge Hub with other systems in the enterprise
• Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with customer stakeholders

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university
• 3 to 5 years as a Solutions Architect implementing enterprise solutions for large organizations
• Proven experience deploying and optimizing AI applications in production enterprise environments
• The ability to lead technical workshops, translate business requirements into architecture, and earn trust from both IT teams and business stakeholders

Step 1

Written test

• Aptitude section - this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
• Functional section - this is a take-home test

Step 2

Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
