Full Job Description
Job Description:

The AI Solutions Delivery Architect is a senior technical practitioner responsible for designing, evaluating, and enabling AI-powered solutions that accelerate organizational transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy, process improvement, and emerging technology, this role bridges the gap between transformation ambitions and practical AI implementation; ensuring solutions are grounded in redesigned processes, built for adoption, and optimized for measurable impact.

The AI Solutions Architect serves as a resident expert on AI capabilities, platforms, and deployment patterns, partnering closely with business functional leaders, Engineering, and IT to move the organization from AI curiosity to AI fluency.

Who you're committed to being:
  • You enjoy learning and are open to new ways of doing things.
  • You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns.
  • When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive.
  • You are a team member first and individual contributor second. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.
  • You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.

What you'll do:

AI Solution Design & Architecture
  • Design end-to-end AI solution architectures for transformation initiatives, from process automation to intelligent decision support
  • Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and vendors aligned to business requirements and enterprise standards
  • Partner with process owners to ensure workflows are redesigned and optimized before AI is applied
  • Develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures that accelerate future AI deployments

AI Opportunity Identification
  • Conduct structured assessments across business functions to surface high-value AI automation and augmentation opportunities
  • Prioritize initiatives using a value and feasibility framework, building a portfolio of AI use cases tied to the transformation roadmap
  • Analyze data environments, systems, and process maturity to determine AI readiness and identify prerequisites
  • Collaborate with the CTO, CFO and functional leaders to sequence AI investments for maximum business impact

Implementation & Enablement
  • Lead or co-lead the technical delivery of AI solutions, working alongside IT, vendors, and functional teams from pilot to scale
  • Define success metrics, testing approaches, and performance baselines for each AI deployment
  • Develop training, documentation, and enablement resources to drive effective adoption of AI tools across teams
  • Support change management efforts by helping employees understand, trust, and work effectively alongside AI systems

Experience you'll bring:
  • Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), AI orchestration tools, or agentic AI systems
  • Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and integration patterns that support AI deployment at scale
  • Experience in a matrixed or multi-site organization with cross-functional stakeholder complexity
  • Relevant certifications in AI, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or automation technologies

Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience as a business solutions architect.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI or automation solutions in an enterprise setting
  • Experience working within a management consulting firm or internal transformation/strategy function
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, generative AI, RPA, and intelligent automation platforms
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPR) and their relationship to automation readiness
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Why you'll love working here:
  • We work in a blended environment that supports collaboration, flexibility, and connection across teams.
  • We are mission-driven, shaping the future of tech upskillling and delivering impact that matters.
  • We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, where everyone can contribute and thrive.
  • We are always learning, creating an environment where you can take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow with purpose.
  • Benefits include competitive compensation, bonus eligibility, comprehensive medical coverage, unlimited PTO, wellness reimbursement, professional development funds, and more.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily performed in an office or home office setting and involves standard computer-based work.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $148,200 - $195,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
