The Agentic Ecosystem team develops the platform capabilities that power AI across TeamViewer products. We build the services, integrations, and architectural foundations that enable AI-powered experiences to operate securely, reliably, and at scale.
As a Software Architect, you will define the technical direction for these capabilities, helping teams design, build, and evolve enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver real business value while meeting high standards for security, governance, and performance.
Responsibilities- Define and drive the architecture for TeamViewer's AI platform and ecosystem capabilities.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices for AI-powered products, integrations, and platform services.
- Design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support enterprise-grade AI experiences.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance across multiple engineering teams.
- Define approaches for testing, evaluation, observability, and monitoring to ensure quality and reliability.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and security teams to balance innovation, customer value, and risk management.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects while fostering engineering excellence across the organization.
- Drive strategic technology decisions related to AI platforms, integrations, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
Requirements- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in software architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern cloud-native application development.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-powered applications, platforms, or agent-based systems in production environments.
- Proven ability to define technical strategy and guide large-scale architecture initiatives across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of security, governance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence within enterprise software.
- Experience establishing testing, monitoring, and quality practices for complex software systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
