Job DescriptionThe AI Project Manager leads the delivery of AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives across the Home Lending organization. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology delivery, and data/AI innovation, ensuring AI use cases are delivered in a controlled, compliant, and scalable manner. The role will drive end-to-end execution of initiatives aligned to the Home Lending AI roadmap, partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk partners, and external vendors to translate AI concepts into production-ready capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of experience in project management activities
Preferred Qualifications
-Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
-Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise governance practices
-Experience managing dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
-Ability to translate business needs into structured execution plans
-Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience in Home Lending, Mortgage, or Financial Services
-Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives
-Familiarity with model risk management, compliance, or audit processes
Experience with centralized intake/prioritization models and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Daptiv)
PMP, Agile, or SAFE certification
Location expectations: This role requires working from the Earth City, MO or Hopkins, MN locations three (3) or more days a week.
