We're seeking an experiencedAI Product Owner (Product Owner Management Staff IV/V) who will drive the development and delivery of innovative AI-native business solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, leading enterprise-wide initiatives that combine cutting-edge AI technology with customer-focused design and cost-effective implementation. You'll own the product vision, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful delivery of transformative solutions that define the future of aerospace technology. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA. What You9ll Be Doing Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management to execute enterprise IT efforts Develop relationships and build consensus with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and codify business processes Communicate technical opportunities and constraints to business stakeholders Facilitate re-engineering of business processes to optimize them Lead and perform technical analyses of alternatives / trade studies Work with project manager, team leads, and stakeholders to provide and track LOE estimations Lead and facilitate PI (product increment) and sprint planning sessions Design optimum user experiences (UX) Anticipate, identify, and remove/mitigate risks, impediments, and technical debts. Define, track, and report appropriate KPIs and ROIs of delivered solutions Facilitate discussions, conflict resolution, and data driven decision making. Responsible for ensuring stakeholder satisfactions What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for the Product Management Staff IV Bachelor9s degree in computer science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study Eight or more years of relevant experience in computer science or information systems Experience with designing & delivering workflow automations Experience building and delivering solutions on the cloud (AWS, Azure) Experience designing optimum user experiences (UX) Experience leading business process re-engineering Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, and facilitate decision-making despite ambiguity and incomplete information Strong communication skills with a demonstrated proficiency at adapting communication to both business and technical stakeholders Willing to travel occasionally to work location or customer site/domestically approx. 10% of the time This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance. In addition to the above, the minimum requirements Product Management Staff V include: Ten or more years of relevant experience in computer science or information systems Five or more years of professional software engineering experience (using Java, Python, Spring Boot etc.) Experience with solution architecture, DevSecOps, and AI-native tooling like Claude code and MS365 Copilot Experience with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, PhD) in relevant discipline Experience with ITIL processes How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: Experience with designing & delivering classic workflow automations using workflow engine like Camunda as well as AI-native agentic solutions using LLMs, RAGs, and AI Agents Professional certification in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI Agile or Scrum certification (CSPO, CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP or related) Advanced degree (Masters, MBA, PhD) in relevant discipline Experience with ITIL processes We offer a competitive compensation package where you9ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
