Full Job Description
"I can succeed as an AI Product Manager at Capital Group."

As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy for Capital Group's enterprise artificial intelligence capabilities. You will partner closely with business-facing Product Managers who directly engage with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and translate priorities into actionable technology outcomes that deliver measurable value.

You will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, working across engineering, architecture, security, legal, risk, and product teams to ensure AI investments align with enterprise objectives. You will help define and prioritize roadmaps for solutions built on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem while supporting the firm's broader AI strategy across emerging technologies and platforms.

In this role, you will partner with Engineering Managers and technical leads to balance business demand, platform capabilities, technical constraints, and enterprise priorities. You will work alongside teams building AI agents and automation capabilities to identify friction points, understand adoption challenges, and drive solutions that accelerate value realization across the organization.

You will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, dependencies, and outcomes while maintaining alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to influence diverse audiences ranging from senior executives to engineers and solution builders.

"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
  • You bring experience managing technology products and translating business needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • You have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application within enterprise productivity, automation, and business process scenarios.
  • You possess experience working with Microsoft's AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Platform, and related technologies.
  • You are skilled at partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize outcomes, and define success measures.
  • You have demonstrated success collaborating with engineering teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities and delivery plans.
  • You possess the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You excel at influencing without authority and building alignment across organizations with competing priorities.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and driving progress across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You have experience partnering with Information Security, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise governance standards.
  • You are passionate about understanding customer needs and translating feedback into product enhancements that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can coordinate work across multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate strong executive presence and can tailor messaging appropriately for leadership teams, business stakeholders, engineers, and operational partners.

You have 8+ years of experience working in Product Management, Technology, or related disciplines and 3+ years leading product initiatives. Your experience has gained you familiarity with:
  • Defining and executing product strategies that align business objectives, customer needs, and technology investments.
  • Partnering with business-facing Product Managers to gather requirements, prioritize opportunities, and translate business demand into actionable roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with Engineering Managers and technical teams to prioritize backlogs, manage trade-offs, and deliver business value.
  • Working closely with teams building AI agents, copilots, and automation solutions to understand adoption challenges and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Developing roadmap strategies for enterprise AI capabilities, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Power Platform solutions.
  • Establishing product metrics, success measures, adoption goals, and outcome-based reporting to demonstrate value.
  • Communicating product vision, strategy, progress, and risks to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives while effectively managing priorities, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
  • Managing product lifecycles from concept through deployment, adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Gathering customer feedback, identifying pain points, and incorporating insights into future roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Facilitating workshops, planning sessions, governance reviews, and stakeholder engagements to build consensus and alignment.
  • Supporting change management, user enablement, communications, and adoption efforts for emerging AI technologies.
  • Remaining agile in a rapidly evolving technology landscape and adapting strategies as business needs and technology capabilities change.
  • Organizing and coordinating diverse teams to achieve shared goals while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes and customer value.
