We are looking for a Product Lead to help identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI products across our business.
Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will partner with business leaders, AI engineers, data teams, and software teams to build domain roadmaps, shape AI product strategy, and drive measurable business value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing stakeholders, and turning ideas into products that create real-world impact.
What you will do
• Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps for one or more business domains.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve decisions, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand priorities and define product direction.
• Define MVPs, success criteria, and value hypotheses to kick off new products.
• Lead cross-functional squads to deliver MVPs and realize long-term value from AI products.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Track adoption and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
This role could be for you if you have
• Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Consulting, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in AI, data, digital products, and emerging technologies.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI, analytics, data products, or enterprise software.
• Experience developing product roadmaps or transformation strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI deployment patterns and technologies
