The roleT&P is looking for an AI Producer to own the day-to-day execution of our AI-driven content pipeline on a major automotive account. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the center of one of the most ambitious AI content programs in automotive marketing. You'll have access to tools, workflows, and partnerships that most production teams don't even know exist yet.
This is a client-facing, production-first role for a maker who executes and gets fulfillment from driving timelines forward and delivering innovative marketing assets.
You'll work at the intersection of generative AI, CGI production, and cross-functional collaboration-partnering with internal creative and strategy teams, our client, and our WPP production partners to ensure AI-driven content moves from concept to delivery, on time and on brand. You'll also be a hands-on practitioner and a genuine member of the GenAI creative community: testing tools, producing conceptual work, curating what's inspiring you, and demonstrating the latest capabilities.
This critical execution role reports directly to the Content Technology Director.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Digital Twin Pipeline- Serve as the day-to-day production lead for the development and delivery of CGI-AI digital twin assets across a full automotive vehicle lineup
- Coordinate across internal teams and WPP production partners to track timelines, clarify deliverables, and keep rounds of review moving efficiently
- Build decks to communicate status updates to clients and answer questions
- Proactively solve delivery risks before they become business problems
- Know when to route work through our production partners and when a lighter-weight internal solution is the smarter, faster call
- Ensure our production partners always have the inputs they need to create innovative work
Execute Agentic & GenAI Content Workflows- Lead the day-to-day production of content generated through our agentic pipeline to create culturally timely assets at speed
- Own the workflow end-to-end: from brief intake through content generation, human review, and delivery
- Grow output volume and quality to meet the real-time media needs
- Build agents to support specific, recurring production and creative tasks
Support New GenAI Content Initiatives- Partner with creative teams, strategists, and media teams to understand the objective and connect it to the most effective production approach
- Partner with Business Affairs and Legal to ensure all work is created within our brand playbook, governance guardrails, and legal policies
Support DAM Integrity- Partner with Content Management to ensure all AI-generated and CGI assets are uploaded to our DAM systems with maximum usability and discoverability
- Be an active advocate for asset accessibility and reuse across the team
Build/Expand a GenAI Creator Network- Maintain and actively build a network of GenAI and CGI artists, creators, producers, and production companies whose work could elevate our pipeline
- Share a curated portfolio roundup with the team every month-new artists, emerging techniques, tools worth watching, and work that raises the bar
- Attend industry events and gatherings to stay at the leading edge of this space and bring those connections and perspectives back to our program
Drive Storytelling Innovation- Continuously test and experiment with new AI tools and models to bring your findings back to the team through tangible demonstrations
- Build and maintain a living prompt library for the team
- Build spec pieces, reimagine existing assets, prototype new content formats
- Be a visible, energizing presence in our AI practice: the person people come to when they want to see what's next
Desired Skills & Experience- 4-6 years of experience owning digital production or post-production projects end-to-end in complex advertising or marketing environments
- Strong project management instincts: you own timelines, track deliverables, and forecast risks before they turn into problems
- Strong user of PM tools, such as Smartsheet, Jira, Notion, or Workfront
- Fluency across creative and technical disciplines
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed in a highly governed environment
- Experience with AI tools and models like Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Runway, Topaz, Weavy, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
- Ideal candidate has experience producing work within CGI and 3D production workflows (Cinema4D, Maya, Unreal Engine, or similar)
- Major pluses if you have:
- Experience on a large-scale automotive account
- Experience working in Figma
- Familiarity with DAM systems and asset management workflows
- An existing network of, or genuine drive to build relationships with, GenAI and CGI artists, creators, and production companies

The pay range for this role is $95,000-$105,000 . Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor. Salary is subject to change based on factors such as geographic location and cost of living in location of hire.
