Snowflake started as the place companies go to understand their data. Now we're making it the place they put that data to work for AI - grounding every agent, BI tool, and analyst in trusted business context. The Horizon Context Product Marketing team sits at the center of that shift, taking products like Snowflake Semantic Views, Semantic View Autopilot, Cortex Analyst, and the broader Horizon Context layer to market.
As an MBA intern on this team, you'll work directly with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Demand Gen to shape how the market understands and adopts Snowflake's answer to one of the most contested questions in data and AI: how do you make enterprise context truly governed, open, and agent-ready? You'll get a front-row seat to how products are positioned and launched in the fastest-moving space in tech.
What You'll Do- Help develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for Snowflake Horizon Context and the semantic layer
- Craft messaging that translates complex technical capabilities into clear business value
- Conduct competitive research and market analysis that directly informs product and sales strategy
- Build sales enablement assets, content briefs, and launch materials
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Demand Gen
- Present your work to senior leaders
What We're Looking For- Currently pursuing an MBA (or equivalent graduate degree)
- Availability to intern 40 hours per week (12 week internship) with start dates 8/17, 8/31, or 9/14
- Analytical and curious: You like digging into data, competitive landscapes, and customer problems
- A strategic thinker who can zoom out on market dynamics and zoom in on crisp messaging
- Familiarity with databases, semantic layers, cloud platforms, or developer ecosystems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
What You'll Get- Real ownership on live go-to-market initiatives
- Exposure to the full GTM machine at a leading AI company, including product, sales, engineering, developer relations, content, demand gen, and more
- A crash course in the semantic layer and enterprise AI context, the market everyone is trying to understand right now
Nice-to-Haves- Prior experience in product marketing, product management, consulting, or technical roles
- Coursework or experience in product strategy, go-to-market strategy, or data analytics
- Excellent writer: You can distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
- Technically fluent: comfortable exploring BI tools and getting hands-on with data products to form your own point of view. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to go deep enough to credibly compare technical capabilities.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
