Full Job Description
About the Role

As LogicGate scales as the leading AI GRC platform for the Enterprise, driving internal operational agility and productivity is critical to our continuous growth. As our first dedicated internal AI builder, you will bridge the gap between complex operational bottlenecks and scalable, AI-driven solutions. Reporting to the VP of AI Transformation & Operations, you will partner cross-functionally across RevOps, Customer Success, Finance, People, and Product & Technology to discover, prototype, and operationalize high-leverage workflows. Your work will empower internal teams to automate manual processes, elevate team performance, and embed AI capability directly into our daily operations.
What You'll Do
  • Workflow Discovery: Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to identify repetitive, judgment-light processes and evaluate high-impact opportunities for automation and AI integration.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy AI-augmented workflows and agents using modern tooling such as Zapier, Claude, LLM APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
  • Process Optimization: Redesign complex operational workflows to streamline cross-departmental handoffs, eliminate operational friction, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Enablement & Scale: Develop clear, reusable internal playbooks, documentation, and self-service templates that empower functional teams to sustain and build upon automated solutions independently.
  • Impact Measurement: Instrument deployed solutions to track key operational metrics, including adoption rates, hours reclaimed, and cost savings, while transparently monitoring risk.
  • Governance & Standards: Contribute to company-wide AI usage standards and operational frameworks to ensure automated workflows operate safely, securely, and consistently across the enterprise.

What You Bring
Required:
  • Transferable Technical Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in business technology, systems analysis, process automation, business intelligence, or workflow optimization.
  • AI Builder Fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience building solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or modern AI agent frameworks.
  • Consultative Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record as a trusted internal consultant - confident in navigating competing priorities, managing cross-functional stakeholders, pushing back and maintaining firm boundaries when needed.
  • Operator Mindset & Prioritization: Sharp analytical instincts with a track record of evaluating process ROI, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and taking ownership of end-to-end delivery.
  • Process Documentation & Enablement: Background in creating internal enablement content, technical documentation, or change management programs.
  • Hybrid Work Readiness & Travel Flexibility: Demonstrated capability to communicate and collaborate seamlessly across distributed teams, with the flexibility to travel as needed for key team offsites, company events, and customer meetings.
Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience operating within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments.
  • Familiarity with data analysis (SQL, Python basics), evaluation frameworks, or observability for internal AI systems.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $88,000 - $108,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.

Hybrid WorkplaceOur hybrid workplace allows for flexibility aligned to role responsibilities and exceptional customer delivery. Location requirements for this role can be found above.
