Key Responsibilities:We're looking for a Senior Consultant to help our clients reimagine their marketing technology stacks and strategies for an AI-first world. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology architecture, and applied AI - you'll guide enterprise clients through evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.

- Advise clients on build-vs-buy decisions across the AI/martech vendor landscape, including evaluation of platforms like CDPs, marketing automation suites, and emerging AI agent tools
- Translate ambiguous business goals into concrete technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and implementation plans
- Partner with client marketing, data, and IT teams to drive adoption, manage change, and measure ROI of AI initiatives
- Stay ahead of the AI and martech landscape, developing point-of-view content, frameworks, and methodologies that strengthen the firm's market position
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability-building around AI strategy
- Travel: As required for client support.
- Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office
What We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting, with direct exposure to MarTech stack design and implementation
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, recommendation systems, predictive lead scoring, marketing mix modeling, or similar)
- Working knowledge of major MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, HubSpot, Segment, Braze) and how AI capabilities are being embedded into them
- Strong analytical and business case development skills - comfortable quantifying ROI and building executive-level recommendations
- Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience presenting to senior marketing and technology executives
- A genuine curiosity about emerging AI tools and a track record of translating new technology into practical client value
Nice to Have - Experience deploying or evaluating AI agents/agentic workflows in a marketing context
- Background in data architecture, customer data platforms, or marketing analytics
- Prior consulting experience at a strategy or technology consultancy
- Familiarity with privacy and governance considerations around AI and customer data
