We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and scale production-grade machine learning pipelines. You will take ownership of data-matching frameworks, deploy complex RAG architectures, and optimize AI models for high performance.
Location: If local to New Jersey this role will be on a hybrid basis. Open to remote outside of NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:- AI Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable NLP, machine learning, and RAG solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows and decision-making
- Cloud Operations: Build and manage model inference pipelines directly on cloud platforms
- Automation: Maintain automated pipelines for model training, tracking, and evaluation
- Best Practices: Ensure code quality, data security, and efficient model performance

Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of professional experience deploying machine learning models to production
- 1+ years of experience in f amiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Advanced level of proficiency in Python engineering skills and deep familiarity with ML frameworks
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven experience building and optimizing RAG systems or search applications

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
