AI/ML solutions from concept to production while ensuring scalability, governance, and business impact.
Roles & Responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms.
• Experience with vector databases, large-scale data processing, and regulated industries such as financial services.
• Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards.
• Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices.
Salary Range $100,000 - $120,000 a year
