  • Design service blueprints and journey maps that illustrate current-state workflows and proposed future-state experiences with AI integration.

  • Facilitate and participate in cross-functional workshops alongside account managers, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define problems and co-create solutions.

  • Translate complex process findings into clear, compelling visual artifacts (diagrams, flows, storyboards) that drive faster stakeholder alignment and decision-making.

  • Support change management efforts by designing user-facing training materials, onboarding guides, and documentation for deployed AI solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain design quality through implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, or related discipline is required.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, service design, or UX research in an enterprise or industrial environment.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from research and discovery through prototyping and validation, in complex enterprise contexts.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., design software, whiteboarding platforms, process mapping tools - Miro, Mural, Figma, or similar).

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into clear, actionable insights.

  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across disciplines (engineering, data science, business) in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy, oil and gas, or industrial enterprise sector is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and an understanding of how AI augments enterprise workflows.
