Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Strong expertise in Generative AI platforms such as Google Gemini, including prompt engineering, multimodal AI, AI agents, and enterprise AI solution development.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Vertex AI.
- Proven experience in designing, deploying, and governing scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including MLOps, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of AI strategy, responsible AI, data architecture, security, and enterprise integration, with the ability to translate business objectives into AI-driven outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities - Define and drive the organization's AI strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage AI (including Gemini AI) to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI principles.
- Partner with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable AI use cases and measurable value.
- Build and mentor high-performing AI teams while overseeing AI governance, innovation initiatives, vendor relationships, and adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices.
Salary Range-$180,000-$240,000 a year
