Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent GenAI and Agentic AI-driven applications. The role involves building scalable LLM-powered solutions, implementing agent-based systems with reasoning and decision-making capabilities, and deploying solutions on cloud-native platforms such as Google Vertex AI. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Experience

8-10 Years
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM-based application development
• Minimum 1+ year of experience building Agentic AI systems

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI/LLM-powered applications and products
• Build Agentic AI systems with planning, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities
• Develop NLP solutions for text generation, understanding, and summarization
• Apply Reinforcement Learning (RL) techniques for agent training and optimization
• Work with large-scale datasets and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms
• Develop and deploy AI agents using Google ADK and Google Vertex AI
• Integrate AI models with enterprise IT systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain code using Git and follow best engineering practices
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders
