An AI Native Engineer with strong experience building cloud-native solutions and deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise environments. You thrive in ambiguity and deliver concrete results by designing, building, and running custom AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure.
The Work
You will embed directly with clients as both technologist and trusted advisor. You will partner with stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy agentic workflows that are robust, secure, and operational in complex enterprise domains.
Responsibilities
Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents encompassing retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, etc.) to enable seamless integration.
Leverage containerization, microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures to deliver scalable AI-native systems.
Tailor and deploy agentic applications across industries such as finance, healthcare, and retail.
Conduct design workshops, proofs of concept, and code-with sessions with client stakeholders.
Define and use metrics to measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost effectiveness.
Leverage enterprise agentic tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex to automate phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
This role is located in one of the following location (Mississauga) and will require on-site 3 days per week.
Here's What You Need:
Minimum of 10 years of experience building cloud-native systems including APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
Minimum 1 year of experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Minimum of 1year of experience with agentic orchestration tools such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
Experience working with AI platforms including OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, and open-source models.
Minimum of 10 years Python, Java, or equivalent programming experience.
Experience deploying and operating production systems with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability tooling.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit 6 in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
