Full Job Description
Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

An enterprise AI platform that orchestrates knowledge, governance, and multi-step agent workflows is only as valuable as the experiences built on top of it. You will design and build those experiences: the agentic capabilities/skills, integrations, and conversational interaction patterns that turn platform infrastructure into productivity gains practitioners can see and trust. As organizations move from AI assistants to semi-autonomous and autonomous agents, the experiences you deliver will determine whether teams adopt AI or walk away from it.

Candidates best suited bring full-stack engineering depth, empathy for how humans interact with AI, and the ability to design workflows that earn trust within a regulated financial services environment.

What will you do?
• Design and develop human-agent interaction patterns atop the platform, applying principles of progressive autonomy, intent previews, and explainable rationale so practitioners stay in control while the AI manages technical complexity
• Build full-stack AI-driven capabilities that leverage the platform orchestration layer to automate complex workflows, calibrating the right level of human-AI coordination for each task, whether collaborative, automated, or discretely assisted
• Design trust and transparency mechanisms including confidence signals, action audit trails, and escalation pathways that give users visibility into what the AI is doing and why
• Build enterprise integrations atop the platform that connect AI capabilities to corporate platforms including project management, collaboration, source control, and communication tools
• Shape onboarding, progressive disclosure, and feedback patterns that make the platform accessible and trustworthy for diverse user personas across varying levels of AI familiarity
• Design and implement the capability development lifecycle from authoring and testing through quality validation and deployment, enabling a scalable catalog of platform-powered workflows
• Create extensibility models that allow teams and community contributors to author, share, and deploy custom capabilities atop the platform
• Partner with platform engineering to ensure capabilities and integrations align with the orchestration, governance, and distribution infrastructure
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
• Full-stack Python and/or TypeScript engineering background with experience building production-grade user-facing tools and integrations
• UX design sensibility with the ability to translate complex agentic workflows into simple, accessible interaction patterns for diverse user personas
• Understanding of human-agent interaction principles including trust calibration, progressive autonomy, transparency, and user control in AI-driven experiences
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered tools, prompt engineering, or agentic AI development patterns
• Experience building integrations with enterprise APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and corporate systems
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams including solution architects, business analysts, and project managers
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for AI-powered products such as copilots, agents, or intelligent workflow tools where user trust and transparency are central to the experience
• Background in design systems, component architecture, or building AI-consumable design patterns
• Experience in financial services technology or other regulated industries with governance and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with developer experience tooling, internal developer platforms, or plugin ecosystems

What's in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.
• A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable
• Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities
• Ability to make a difference and lasting impact
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team
• A world-class training program in financial services
• Flexible work/life balance options
• Opportunities to do challenging work
