You will develop production-ready AI workflows that handle high-volume operations such as classification, routing, decision-making, and exception handling.
This role is focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems-not prototypes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deploy production-grade LLM-based agent systems
- Build multi-step agentic workflows using tool calling and retrieval systems
- Develop evaluation pipelines to measure and improve AI output quality
- Optimize prompt and context engineering for reliability and performance
- Implement backend systems in Python supporting AI workflows
- Handle real-world challenges (hallucinations, edge cases, cost, accuracy)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ship AI features
Requirements- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- 1-2+ years LLM / AI systems in production
- Strong Python & backend engineering skills
- Experience with agentic workflows, retrieval, tool use
- Experience building evaluation systems for AI outputs
- Based in San Francisco (on-site)
