Your JobThe AI Enablement & Solutions Lead is focused on solving meaningful business problems through the right combination of people, process, data, technology, and AI. This role partners with business and technology teams to understand how work gets done, define the real problem to solve, identify practical solution options, and help turn validated ideas into adopted business capabilities.
What You Will Do- Engage business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business problems, elicit and validate requirements, and align solution options to organizational goals and measurable outcomes
- Analyze current-state processes, decision points, data sources, user pain points, and operational constraints to determine whether improvement is best addressed through people, process, data, technology, AI, or a combination of approaches
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities, including generative AI, intelligent agents, automation, analytics, knowledge solutions, and workflow improvements
- Design and support proofs of concept or proofs of value that test feasibility, data readiness, usability, adoption potential, operational impact, and business value before broader investment
- Partner with product owners, business analysts, data analysts, architects, engineers, cybersecurity, legal, compliance, and data-governance teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Partner with GenAI Champions and GenAI leads in the organization to develop enablement, communication, stakeholder feedback, training, and adoption strategies that help users understand, trust, and effectively use new AI-enabled capabilities
- Monitor usage, adoption, performance, risks, feedback, and realized value to identify opportunities for refinement, expansion, and continuous improvement
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to solve business problems, define requirements, and support delivery of technology-enabled solutions
- Experience facilitating discovery, documenting business processes, and translating ambiguous needs into actionable solution direction
- Experience developing communication, enablement, change management, or adoption plans that support successful implementation of new processes, tools, or technologies
- Experience using data, analytics, automation, AI tools, or emerging technologies to improve processes, decision-making, productivity, or business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, build stakeholder alignment, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes across functions
What Will Put You Ahead- Experience with enterprise AI, agent, automation, analytics, or low-code platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, OpenAI, Claude, Power Platform, or similar tools
- Experience assessing data readiness, building evaluation criteria, validating AI outputs, and applying responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and governance practices
- Experience measuring business value such as reduced manual effort, improved cycle time, increased accuracy, improved user experience, reduced risk, or improved decision quality
