What you will be responsible for

Based in the greater Boston area, the role involves working closely with internal teams (R&D, client management, professional services, sales) and external stakeholders (clients and prospects) to ensure that platform functionality is augmented insofar as possible with agentic AI/ML capabilities - both as part of embedded components and via integration techniques (API, MCP, CLI).
  • Define and execute the roadmap for AI enablement across products and workflows
  • Identify high-impact use cases (automation, decision support, copilots) aligned to client and business priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders (clients, product, engineering) to prioritize AI initiatives based on ROI and feasibility
  • Become integral aspect in end-to-end delivery-from concept through deployment and adoption - as product teams leverage the toolsets you create to bring concepts to market
  • Drive integration of LLMs, ML models, and AI services into core platforms and front-to-back workflows
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and interoperability across systems
  • Embed responsible AI practices (transparency, explainability, compliance)
  • Partner with risk, legal, and compliance teams to establish guardrails
  • Act as the bridge between data science, engineering, UX, and business teams
  • Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role:
  • Experience in investment management, trading platforms, or financial data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations
  • Exposure to cloud-native AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
  • Experience building or scaling AI copilots or workflow automation tools
  • Experience with MCP server frameworks and linking of agents
  • Excellent organisation skills; ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously and meet self-imposed deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Foster relationships with senior market practitioners in large and small corporations.
  • Superior oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to differentiate and work at strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.
  • Consultative presentation style to diverse and complex audiences

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Bachelors Degree from a leading university in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science
