WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Lead a dynamic AI development team building ReconAI, a cutting-edge Reconciliation solution for regulatory reporting powered by generative AI and machine learning. You'll leverage GenAI to intelligently parse regulatory instructions, employ machine learning for predictive insights, and design intelligent adjustment mechanisms based on past patterns. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML frameworks, and MCP Server implementation will drive scalable technology solutions that enhance client experience and transform how our reporting and support teams operate. We're seeking a leader who combines technical excellence with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to clean, secure, well-tested code.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Design and implement agentic AI and machine learning solutions for US regulatory reporting and significantly reduce manual effort
  • Architect scalable, cloud-based applications leveraging GenAI frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Spring AI) with deep expertise in MCP Server implementation
  • Lead technical and architectural design initiatives, translating complex business requirements into AI-driven technical approaches while liaising with business stakeholders
  • Provide technical influence by mentoring teams on emerging AI technologies, coding standards, best practices, and responsible AI governance across the full technology stack
  • Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization of application suites across diverse technical infrastructures including OpenShift and Azure environments
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring code quality and sustainable, reusable application design
  • Mentor teams on debugging complex problems and establishing best practices in microservices and cloud architectures


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:
  • 12-15 years of IT experience building solutions across programming, frontend/backend engineering, microservices, and architecture design principles
  • 5+ years of hands-on AI/GenAI development with extensive experience in foundational models, APIs, and agentic AI architectures
  • Strong experience in testing and evaluating GenAI models, prompt engineering frameworks, RAG systems and AgenticAI solution
    Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python and AI evaluation tools like LangChain.
    Architecture Knowledge
  • Deep expertise in MCP Server implementation and LLM frameworks (LangChain, Spring AI, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in multiple languages/frameworks: Java, Spring, Scala, Python, JavaScript, and UI frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js)

Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with big data platforms such as Spark, HDFS, or Snowflake for large-scale data processing
  • Background in microservices deployment on cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure, AWS)
  • Familiarity with database engines including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and data lake architectures
  • Proven technical leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to assess stakeholder information and communication needs
