Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in flats, prints, colorways, and technical illustration.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Firefly.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and standard fashion workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail in design accuracy and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English while collaborating across time zones.
• Self-managed, deadline-driven with a knack for managing multiple projects seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer design briefs using the Raspberry AI platform to create high-quality visual assets.
• Translate client creative direction into effective prompts and design inputs for on-brand outcomes.
• Quickly iterate on design based on customer feedback while managing multiple briefs simultaneously.
• Ensure quality control, maintaining brand consistency and accurate design details in every deliverable.
• Document workflows for scalability to assist the India team as customer volume increases.
• Identify and communicate platform gaps and customer pain points to improve tooling and processes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success leads on intake, updates, and final design delivery.
