Job Summary

The AI Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful execution, management, and operationalization of enterprise AI solutions. This role owns delivery outcomes across AI initiatives, managing both people and process to ensure solutions move from concept to production with measurable business impact.

The AI Delivery Manager oversees a cross-functional AI engineering team, ensuring high standards of execution, architectural alignment, and delivery discipline. This role bridges business stakeholders, product leadership, and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise priorities. This role will scale an emerging AI function, building team capability, delivery processes, and operational maturity as AI becomes a core enterprise capability.

This is a leadership role accountable for results, team performance, and operational maturity within the AI function.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives
  • Partner with product and business stakeholders to prioritize and execute the AI roadmap
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional AI team
  • Hold teams accountable for execution, quality, and delivery outcomes
  • Drive consistent delivery of production-ready AI solutions on defined timelines
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for AI delivery to business stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Establish repeatable delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI solution development and deployment
  • Drive adoption and standardization of Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio) as the core platform for AI solution development and deployment /
  • Ensure AI solutions are built using consistent patterns across LLM workflows, data integration, and deployment within the Azure ecosystem


Qualifications & Experience

Required
  • Experience delivering AI/ML or data products into production environments
  • Strong understanding of system architecture (APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms)
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Experience defining and tracking business KPIs tied to technology delivery


Preferred
  • Experience with Azure AI services, Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), or similar enterprise AI platforms
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices
  • Experience in consulting or enterprise environments


Location
  • Remote
  • Must maintain at least 6 hours overlap with US Central time
