What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is seeking a Contractor Team Lead (Deputy Program Manager) to support day-to-day program execution for a large-scale data, cloud, and analytics modernization effort. This role serves as the primary deputy to the Program Manager and is accountable for operational delivery, PMO execution, and coordination across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the Deputy Program Manager, supporting overall program execution, governance, and delivery oversight.
  • Lead development and management of PMO artifacts including schedules, status reports, risk and issue logs, and dashboards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across cloud, data, platform, and analytics workstreams.
  • Support program financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting, and invoice support.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across multiple vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Track and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices, client standards, and quality expectations.


What You Will Need:
  • US Citizenship.is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting or leading complex IT, data, or cloud programs.
  • Experience supporting PMO operations in cloud or data platform environments (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
  • Strong delivery coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile program environments.
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.


What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience supporting financial services or regulatory organizations.
  • Experience managing or supporting Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud modernization engagements.
  • AI, analytics, or advanced data platform delivery experience.
  • Agile/SAFe certifications.
  • Cloud or data platform certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.).
  • Experience supporting governance boards or executive steering committees
