Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Balance supply and demand constraints through the execution horizon, working cross-functionally with data center, engineering, and supply planning/sourcing teams.
  • Optimize plans with technical efficiencies or constraints to meet demand.
  • Develop business acumen in cloud supply chain, AI, and GPU leveraging technical expertise.
  • Create and maintain the AI-related demand plan in the system.
  • Leverage technical knowledge on hardware and deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand constraints impacting commitments.
  • Perform pre-checks to ensure all prerequisites are completed for seamless execution.
  • Collaborate to gather remaining prerequisites and de-risk demand plans.
  • Identify complex technical opportunities and gaps, providing solutions with product and engineering teams.
  • Execute changes to demand plans amid shifting business priorities.
  • Define metrics to detect risks, leveraging data for informed decisions.
  • Support S&OE transformation initiatives across cloud supply chain.
  • Collaborate with hardware/software engineering to design solutions for critical challenges.
  • Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives/key results (OKRs).
  • Program manage large-scale, technical cross-organization meetings, ensuring readiness and follow-ups.


Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply/forecasting), OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • Cloud industry experience in infrastructure, data science, and/or channel management.
  • Proven track record in program management and process improvement.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience across various capabilities including planning, sourcing, making, and delivering.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions.
  • Lean background with certifications like yellow, green, or black belt.
  • Experience building PowerBIs and/or AI Agents and integrating them into processes.


Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
