Your PurposeAs the AI Business Solutions Specialist, you'll identify, evaluate, and implement practical AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and streamline administrative processes across the organization.
You'll act as an internal change agent, partnering cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable automation initiatives and measurable outcomes.
This isn't a role focused on building AI models from scratch. Instead, you'll figure out how to leverage existing AI tools in smart, effective ways to solve real business challenges. You'll continuously explore new technologies, experiment with what's possible, and apply the right tools to drive meaningful impact.
Your work will position Dynamic as an operational innovator by embedding AI into how work gets done, faster, smarter, and more effectively.
What You'll Do- Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging AI tools to identify scalable business applications
- Identify cross-functional opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows
- Translate business challenges into practical, implementable AI solutions with clear ROI
- Lead pilot programs from concept through deployment in real-world environments
- Configure, integrate, and optimize AI tools to align with business processes
- Drive adoption through structured change management, training, and stakeholder influence
- Monitor solution performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve outcomes
What Success Looks Like- Within 90 days: Build strong cross-functional relationships and identify high-impact AI opportunities
- Within 6 months: Launch pilot programs and deliver early, visible wins
- Within 12 months: Drive measurable efficiency gains and establish scalable, repeatable frameworks
What You Bring (Briefcase)- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant experience strongly valued in lieu of formal education
- 5-7 years of experience in operations, strategy, transformation, or process improvement roles
- Proven ownership of initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Experience building or implementing processes, systems, or tools from scratch preferred
- Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technologies in a business context preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or continuous improvement initiatives preferred
Skills & Abilities (Head)- Strong working knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization capabilities
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into practical, user-friendly solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Teams, Outlook) and data interpretation
