Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product management, ERP, process automation, or digital transformation with direct delivery responsibility.
• Expertise in SAP ECC/S4 with an understanding of relevant modules (MM/SD/FI/PP) for process translation.
• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath or Power Automate to identify automation opportunities.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML, especially Generative AI and integration with existing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product execution, including backlog ownership and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong focus on adoption, with a proven track record of driving user acceptance and clear business outcomes.
• Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware) to connect AI solutions with ERP systems.

Responsibilities
