PURPOSEThe AI Automation Analyst is responsible for identifying, designing, and scaling automation opportunities across VASA Fitness. This role serves as a key execution partner to business and technical teams, translating operational workflows into efficient, scalable solutions using AI and automation tools. The position focuses on driving measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and team productivity by accelerating the delivery of high-impact automation initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES Process Discovery & Automation- Identify high-volume, rules-based workflows across Member Services, Finance, Club Operations, HR, Sales, and other operating teams.
- Map current-state processes end to end, document business rules, and define exception paths that must remain with humans.
- Partner with business owners, data teams, and automation builders to translate process requirements into production-ready workflows.
- Coordinate pilots, user acceptance testing, rollout scheduling, and operating handoffs for each new automation.
- Measure and report on savings, cycle-time reduction, error rates, and adoption for every launched automation.
- Own and maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities ranked by business value, feasibility, and operational readiness.
AI Adoption & Enablement- Conduct workflow assessments across business units to surface AI and automation candidates.
- Partner with department leaders to embed AI tools into daily operations and existing team workflows.
- Design and deliver AI workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement programs for end users.
- Build AI playbooks, reference documentation, and best-practice guidelines that scale adoption independently.
- Act as an internal champion for AI adoption, driving awareness and continuous improvement across teams.
- Support change management initiatives and proactively address stakeholder concerns or resistance.
- Track and report measurable productivity and efficiency gains resulting from AI implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS- 1--2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, consulting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to deconstruct complex workflows into clear process steps and business rules.
- Effective cross-functional communicator; comfortable working across operations, technology, and frontline teams and earning trust through execution.
- Highly organized, intellectually curious, and self-directed; comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred but not required: familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, SQL or data analysis, ticketing systems, or formal process mapping methodologies.
