Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?We are seeking an experienced AI Architect & Delivery Lead to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact AI initiatives. In this role, you will drive target state architecture alignment, stakeholder alignment, and governance to ensure solutions are executed effectively and in line with organizational priorities. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of scalable, reusable AI architectures that maximize impact across diverse business use cases, shaping AI strategy at an enterprise scale.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with target state architecture and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into delivery plans, resolve complex challenges, and provide actionable recommendations that influence outcomes.
- Drive governance and decision-making on complex issues, developing clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and ensuring alignment on processes, tools, and services across impacted areas.
- Architect scalable, reusable AI solutions that maximize impact across diverse business use cases and project implementations.
- Navigate ambiguity across architecture delivery efforts, applying advanced problem-solving, strategic thinking, and sound judgment to drive progress.
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches to enhance delivery effectiveness and maintain competitive edge.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and sharing best practices within the team.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must-have:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of product management or delivery experience, with a focus on AI/ML-powered products from ideation through production and continuous iteration.
- Strong and relevant experience in agile practices and tools such as Jira
- Experience working with AI tools and concepts such as foundational models, AI agent development, agent harnesses, and context engineering
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have:- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with Enterprise governance and large matrix organizations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially in managing senior stakeholders and delivering executive-level presentations.
