Roles & Responsibilities
• Design end-to-end AI and Agentic AI architectures across data, model, orchestration, agent, and engagement layers
• Define enterprise AI reference architectures, autonomy boundaries, and human-in-the-loop controls
• Design and govern multi-agent workflows, prompt chains, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Embed Responsible AI, security, privacy, explainability, lineage, and auditability by design
• Translate BFSI business use cases into scalable, production-grade AI architectures
• Guide platform choices across cloud, data platforms, LLMs, and MLOps in regulated environments
• Support client solutioning, pre-sales, architecture reviews, and technical governance
• Establish AI architecture standards, reusable patterns, and best practices Qualifications & Experience
• 12+ years of experience in architecture, data, or platform engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or GenAI architectures
• Strong BFSI domain exposure Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or Insurance
• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration
• Proven track record designing secure and compliant systems in regulated environments
• Ability to engage CXO stakeholders and influence architecture decisions

Salary Range: $120,000 - $132,000 a year
