Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Enterprise AI, GenAI, and agentic AI architecture across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker / Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and cloud-native AI services.
• LLM solution patterns including RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, evaluation, orchestration, and guardrails.
• AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain / Semantic Kernel or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• MLOps and LLMOps including CI/CD, model monitoring, governance, retraining, security, observability, and release controls.
• Modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data lakes, lakehouse patterns, and enterprise data integration.
• Responsible AI, model risk management, security, privacy, and regulatory alignment for enterprise AI solutions.
• Utility domain exposure preferred: grid operations, asset management, customer operations, field operations, energy transition, SCADA, AMI, OMS, GIS, DERMS, EAM.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Define and lead AI, GenAI, and agentic AI architecture for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into production-ready AI solution blueprints, target architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
• Advise technology and business stakeholders on AI operating model, platform strategy, governance, security, and value realization.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions from discovery and PoC through MVP, production deployment, scaling, and ongoing model operations.
• Lead architecture decisions for RAG, vector databases, model selection, orchestration, integration, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Partner with data, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and commercially viable.
• Support proposals, solution defense, executive workshops, and strategic pursuits by creating clear technical narratives and differentiated solution approaches.
• Establish reusable reference architectures, accelerators, design standards, and delivery playbooks.
Salary Range: $160,000 -$220,000 year
