Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an AI Agents Product Owner to lead discovery, delivery, and adoption of agentic AI solutions across enterprise operations, knowledge work, and product innovation. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring AI agents are purposeful, scalable, secure, and delivering measurable value. You thrive in ambiguity, lead by example, and focus on turning ideas into working solutions. Not just concepts.

What You'll Do

  • Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for AI agent solutions across operations, back-office functions, and product development.
  • Identify, prioritize, and shape high-impact AI agent use cases that automate execution-heavy work and augment decision-making.
  • Own and manage the AI agents product backlog, translating business workflows into agent capabilities, user stories, and technical requirements.
  • Lead the full AI agent lifecycle from discovery and proof-of-concept through production deployment and continuous optimization.
  • Drive agile delivery, sprint execution, and coordination across engineering teams and delivery partners.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, data scientists, architects, and IT to embed agents into core workflows.
  • Champion adoption through training, demos, and change enablement, helping teams understand how agents augment human work.
  • Ensure agent solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
