AI Adoption Specialist- 1-4 years' experience (Shelton,CT)

As AI continues to transform medical imaging, healthcare providers are looking for trusted partners to help them successfully evaluate, deploy, and integrate AI into their clinical workflows. In this role, you will work directly with customers and AI vendors to deploy AI solutions and help healthcare organizations realize the full value of emerging technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer early in their career who enjoys combining hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and project leadership. You will gain experience configuring integrations, troubleshooting complex environments, validating AI solutions, and helping healthcare organizations successfully deploy emerging technologies.

What You Will Do
  • Lead AI deployment projects from kick-off through implementation, validation, go-live, and transition to operational support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the deployment, managing project activities, timelines, stakeholder communication, and customer expectations
  • Work closely with healthcare organizations to understand workflows, requirements, and adoption goals
  • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and validate AI integrations within customer imaging environments
  • Work directly with customer technical teams and AI vendors to deploy and optimize AI solutions
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to integrations, workflows, connectivity, performance, and application behavior
  • Develop and maintain scripts, deployment templates, configuration tools, and technical documentation that support repeatable and scalable implementations
  • Learn and develop expertise across medical imaging, AI applications, healthcare workflows, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments
  • Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and technical competence
  • Contribute ideas that improve deployment processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency
  • Travel as required, up to 25%

Who You Are
  • You have 1-4 years of experience in healthcare IT, systems engineering, software implementation, technical consulting, enterprise applications, or a related technical field
  • You enjoy working directly with customers and helping solve complex technical problems
  • You are naturally curious and excited about emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence
  • You have a strong technical aptitude and enjoy understanding how systems integrate, communicate, and troubleshoot within complex environments
  • You have experience reading, writing, or troubleshooting scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
