Full Job Description
We're looking for an Application & Workflow Specialist, Radiology Reporting to join Sectra. This role is ideal for someone who already knows radiology reporting workflows in depth and wants to bring that expertise into one of the most active corners of healthcare IT today.

Sectra has been a leading PACS provider in North America for years. With more than 10 years in PACS-based reporting and 150 sites across 21 countries, we are now bringing our globally successful reporting offering to the US market. To make this happen, we are building a dedicated reporting specialist team in the US, on-site work preferred, in close collaboration with our HQ product organization in Sweden. This group spearheads our US market entry, and the first hires shape how the team operates. The immediate focus is on successful go-lives with large US health systems.

Your job is to make our customers successful with reporting. You will sit with radiologists, observe how they actually work, and distill that into something better than what they originally asked for. Because this team sits inside the product organization, your customer interactions feed straight into what we build next. You will partner with PACS teams, project teams, and technical resources to optimize reporting efficiency, and help customers get the most from a reporting experience built natively inside the PACS, on a cloud-native, true-SaaS architecture, with AI in the workflow rather than bolted on. That native integration is what sets Sectra apart and what customers are increasingly looking for.

The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience supporting enterprise radiology reporting platforms such as PowerScribe, Fluency for Imaging, Rad AI, or similar solutions, including report templates, voice profiles, and signing workflows. You are comfortable working directly with radiologists and clinical users to analyze workflows, troubleshoot operational challenges, support onboarding and go-lives, and deliver meaningful workflow improvements.

In this role, you will:
  • Conduct reporting workflow analysis and optimization across customer environments, including report templates, voice profiles, peer review, and signing flows
  • Support implementation, onboarding, configuration, and go-live activities for reporting deployments, including workflow validation and operational readiness
  • Partner with radiologists and operations leaders to understand how they actually work and recommend workflow improvements grounded in clinical reality
  • Support troubleshooting of reporting workflow, application, and end-user issues, and help customers improve reporting efficiency and report quality
  • Collaborate with applications, integration, project management, and customer teams to deliver successful reporting outcomes
  • Lead customer training and clinical-user education on reporting, both remotely and onsite
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to support implementations, go-lives, workflow assessments, and customer engagement activities
To be successful in this role, you should:
    • Have 3-7 years of experience working within radiology, PACS, RIS, reporting systems, or healthcare imaging workflows
    • Have direct hands-on experience supporting enterprise radiology reporting platforms such as PowerScribe, Fluency for Imaging, Rad AI, or equivalent solutions, including report templates, voice profiles, and signing flows
    • Have prior experience as a PACS Administrator, SuperUser, Applications Specialist, Radiology IT Analyst, or similar role
    • Have a strong understanding of radiology workflows, reporting operations, and healthcare imaging environments
    • Be comfortable troubleshooting workflow and operational issues in customer-facing environments
    • Be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to documentation and process consistency
    • Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, especially with clinical users
    • Be able to quickly learn new applications, workflows, and technologies
    • Be fluent in English
    • Travel as required (up to 80%)

    Nice-to-haves (not required to apply)
    • Experience delivering clinical training to radiologists or other physician end-users
    • Familiarity with PACS, RIS, HL7, healthcare interoperability, or imaging-related systems
    • Exposure to AI-assisted reporting, structured reporting, or DICOM SR
    • Experience with reporting-platform migrations and workflow optimization initiatives
    • Prior experience supporting customer-facing healthcare IT environments

    Why this role?
    • You'll join a dedicated reporting specialist team being built from the ground up in the US, with real influence on how it operates
    • You'll be part of the product organization, with a direct line into product development based on what you learn in the field
    • You'll work in close collaboration with our HQ product team in Sweden on a cloud-native, AI-forward reporting platform that ships continuously
    • You'll have autonomy to take initiative and shape how the work gets done
    • It's a strong growth opportunity toward advanced applications, workflow consulting, customer success, or operational leadership roles

Other Information
  • We recruit on an ongoing basis, and the goal is for the right candidate to start as soon as possible
  • The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Sectra provides a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, retirement plan with matching, and career development programs
