What You'll Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Evaluate potential solutions based on business value, functionality, feasibility, and cost-benefit impact.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and other approved technologies.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Lead AI adoption efforts through training, coaching, change management, and user support.
  • Develop user guides, documentation, standards, and best practices to support sustainable AI usage.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
  • Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and business outcomes, recommending enhancements when appropriate.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications that support organizational goals.


The starting salary range for this position is $75,331-$103,580. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentives subject to the terms of the underlying plan.

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or comparable AI technologies.
  • Experience partnering with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions and process improvements.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience developing training materials and supporting end-user adoption preferred.
  • Microsoft AI, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or related certifications are a plus.
