Family Medicine Olathe

AdventHealth Kansas City

This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a new practice from the ground up in one of the fastest-growing communities in Johnson County. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care while being supported by the resources of AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and the broader AHMG network.

About our Opportunity:
  • The group will consist of 8 providers, a combination of physicians and APPs.
  • EMR - Epic
  • Schedule - Full Time Days
  • Call rotation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart disease).
  • Perform in-office procedures as appropriate for primary care.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), nursing staff, and specialists within the AdventHealth system to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
  • Utilize Epic electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care models.
  • Emphasize compassionate, faith-based care that addresses patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
