Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and adoption of Agile methodologies across the Digital Office, establishing Agile frameworks, processes, and best practices while partnering with leaders to drive organizational alignment and successful transformation.
- Manage strategic digital projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery of business objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring teams remain focused, engaged, and aligned with project goals.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impact team performance, proactively addressing challenges and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Serve as a change agent for digital transformation by coaching employees and leaders on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and effective ways of working.
- Monitor Agile team performance through key metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives, align resources, and ensure Agile practices support overall organizational objective
QualificationsRequired:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred:- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
Additional InformationYearly Salary Range $140,000-$150,000 . Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
