CGI is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead medium-to-large, complex technology initiatives for a leading financial-services client. Reporting to the Director Consulting Delivery, the role provides end-to-end delivery leadership, combining disciplined project management with Agile practices across business, technology, operations, and governance teams. The successful candidate will work with client stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Risk, Operations, vendors, and other delivery partners. The role requires strong Agile delivery, project governance, risk, stakeholder, financial, and production-implementation experience in banking, payments, or financial services.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Agile Delivery, Planning & Execution

Lead initiatives from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and closure using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or other appropriate methods.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to establish delivery plans, priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
Coordinate multiple Agile teams and workstreams; maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, release schedules, critical paths, and dependencies.
Drive delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes; monitor sprint/release/project progress and proactively address blockers.
Support Agile ceremonies and planning as required, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Establish objectives, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria; manage scope/schedule changes through governance and develop recovery plans when commitments are at risk.
Coordinate application development, infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, testing, operations, and third-party activities; maintain required project artifacts throughout the lifecycle.

Stakeholder, RAID & Decision Management

Act as a primary delivery interface across client business, technology, and delivery teams; facilitate working groups, governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
Provide clear status on progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and required actions; manage expectations and resolve competing priorities.
Maintain RAID, decision logs, owners, mitigation plans, target dates, escalation paths, and traceability; proactively identify project, technology, operational, resource, security, vendor, and regulatory risks.
Drive resolution of blockers and critical issues and escalate material risks through established CGI/client governance channels with impact and recommendations.

Governance, Controls & Production Readiness

Ensure alignment with client governance, technology standards, security requirements, risk-management practices, and required architecture/security/change approvals.
Coordinate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Infrastructure, Operations, and control functions; maintain artifacts, approvals, evidence, and audit traceability.
Incorporate security, privacy, data management, business continuity, operational risk, and regulatory requirements into delivery planning.
Coordinate releases and production implementations with Release/Change Management, Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and Production Support; ensure readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, validation, rollback, communication, support, stabilization, and BAU transition are addressed.

Financial, Resource & Vendor Management

Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial reporting; track expenditures, variances, monthly forecasting/accruals, and overall project financial health.
Work with delivery/resource managers to secure skills and capacity; proactively manage resource constraints and coordinate CGI, client, contractor, and vendor resources.
Coordinate third-party delivery, track vendor milestones/commitments/dependencies/risks, integrate vendor work into delivery plans, and drive corrective actions or escalations with Procurement, Vendor Management, Legal, Risk, and Security as required.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare executive-ready reporting covering RAG/overall health, milestones, sprint/release progress, scope/backlog, RAID, financials, resources/capacity, release readiness, quality/defect trends, decisions/escalations, and upcoming priorities.

Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Tools, Education & Certifications

Working Conditions

Location: Greater Toronto Area.
Work model: Hybrid - minimum three days per week in office.
Schedule: Standard eight-hour workday; occasional after-hours, evening, or weekend work may be required based on project or operational needs.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000-$125,000. This role is an existing vacancy
