- Experienced with Software Application stakeholder communication
- Experience with Jira

- Experienced in software engineer
- Experience with Confluence
- Knowledge with applying DOD cybersecurity controls
- Experience with managing a project budget
- Experience with developing and maintain a IMS (integrated master schedule)
- General understanding of software engineering for application development and sustainment
- Experience with Software Testing
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master (SM)
