What Will You Do?
  • Manage agile squads in end-to-end delivery and maintenance of IT solutions in a data and API rich environment. Also manage and co-ordinate our onboarding pipeline and integration with other systems and applications.
  • Ensures predictable execution, measurable outcomes, and alignment to enterprise priorities. Remove impediments through pro-active management of external dependencies, critical thinking/problem solving, and development of new solutions or approaches to ongoing challenges; act as the critical link between the team and external programs and stakeholders.
  • Provide consulting services on new initiatives, proactively managing external dependencies, resolving moderately complex issues, and escalating challenges through appropriate channels when necessary.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance project delivery and ensure stakeholder alignment, including using GenAI for automated progress reporting, risk forecasting, schedule optimization and operational metrics.
  • Deliver financial accountability by optimizing estimation models, project costs, monitoring actual spending against baselines and managing forecasts.
  • Ensure alignment with evolving enterprise Software Delivery Lifecycle (AI-SDLC) capabilities and governance frameworks.
  • Manage a small team of employees and/or contractors in achieving these outcomes
