Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Build and maintain conversational AI applications, agent workflows, memory management, tool integrations, and decision-making capabilities across distributed agent ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to develop scalable AI-powered solutions while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on development expertise in Python and Java.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing AI/ML, Generative AI, conversational AI, or agent-based applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and integrating enterprise systems with AI platforms; proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).
- High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience building multi-agent orchestration, RAG solutions, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and autonomous workflows in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, conversation design, evaluation frameworks, AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern software architecture patterns.
