Engagement and Go-to-Market Lead
Role Summary
The Engagement and Go-to-Market Lead will drive enterprise launch, onboarding, enablement, and adoption of AI and agentic platform services. The role will establish scalable engagement models that improve customer experience, platform usage, and time to value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform launch, engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Define service tiers, onboarding journeys, workshops, office hours, and support channels.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to develop technical enablement material.
- Deliver workshops covering LLM, RAG, agents, APIs, cloud services, and platform capabilities.
- Build stakeholder communication plans, health reports, adoption dashboards, and success reviews.
- Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps and service improvements.
- Develop reusable training, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation guidance.
- Track onboarding progress, platform usage, customer health, satisfaction, and value realization.
- Support executive briefings and strategic stakeholder engagements.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise go-to-market, customer success, or platform enablement.
- Technical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Training, workshop facilitation, and technical documentation.
- Adoption analytics and customer-health reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement and executive communication.
- Service design and scalable onboarding.
- Cross-functional leadership.
- Experience launching enterprise technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Experience with internal developer platforms, AI platforms, or cloud transformation.
- Product marketing, customer-success, cloud, or Agile certification.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $97.75-$112.40/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
