What You'll DoAs part of our Outside Sales team, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. Day to day, that looks like:
- Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Proactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty
- Logging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunity
- Overcoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining Rexco's market visibility
- Representing Rexco at trade shows and industry events
- Staying sharp on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge

What You'll EarnWe believe in rewarding performance. Typical outside sales compensation at Rexco averages
$120K, with top performers earning
$400K+. Your drive sets the ceiling.

What We're Looking For- Proven sales experience; ag and/or construction equipment industry background is a plus
