Full Job Description
Essential Functions
  • Promotion and sale of upgrades, modifications, and assigned enhancement equipment groups.
  • Ensure customer needs are fulfilled by maintaining an organized schedule and work environment.
  • Process paperwork for quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers and Stiles personnel.
  • Improve contact with regional service personnel in assigned route area.
  • Maintain Pro-active / Positive business relationship with Tech Support Department.
  • Visit customer's facilities for all LCS services offerings, including but not limited to parts purchasing, Tech and Service Contracts, as well as modernization options.
  • Assist in locating and deciphering new product option ideas for department promotions.
  • Submit monthly activity reports, on site visits as well as processing of expense report, cold call, and email communications.
  • Van Route operations in assigned business territory, as well as development of customer site additions.
  • Increase recognition of ANCI and Core product solutions to customers in Site Visits
  • Promotion and capture of Modernization solutions and improvements
  • Promotion and capture of Tech Support Service contracts
  • Assist in Parts Solutions Capture and Competitor details on Customer usage tendencies, and new source options.
  • Assist Directors in development of future product offerings and solutions, for local or regional customer locations.
  • Assist Regional Sales Personnel in Machine Lead development and Customer activity information, at assigned route sites as well as cold call promotional sites.
  • Development and Partnership with Industry Influencers to gain market presence, as well as product promotion solutions.

Qualifications:
  • High school degree or GED completion
  • Customer service experience desired
