Overview

Responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with emerging High Net Worth clients and prospects within the innovation economy through personalized guidance and on-going relationship management. Client opportunities are generated through various channels, including online inquiries and internal partnerships. The role utilizes a planning-based approach to clearly understand the needs of clients and provide timely insights to help them make sound financial decisions. As needs are identified, Affluent Wealth Advisors work with a team of Wealth experts to deliver investment, insurance, credit, and banking solutions for their clients. As relationships grow, this team works closely with Commercial Bankers and Wealth Consultants to provide a seamless client transition to the local High Net Worth team.

Responsibilities

  • Performance - Achieve financial results and client experience standards relative to specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with both existing clients and prospects through consistent outreach, successfully completing sales activities and behaviors that create value for both clients and the bank. Through consultative discovery, ensure conversations address both short- and long-term goals for clients through a planning framework. Integrate key partners into the client relationship as opportunities are identified.
  • Client Experience - Maintain on-going outreach and relationship management activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, provide timely guidance based on the life stage, and help clients achieve financial wellness. Take prompt action to address service needs and look for solutions to enhance the experience based on client preferences & goals.
  • Partnerships - Maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and key stakeholders to deliver the full capabilities of the firm.
  • Compliance and Operations - Comply with all Bank and Wealth regulations, policies, and procedures to manage risk related to credit, operational, regulatory, reputational, legal, and financial exposure. Complete required training by established deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Financial Services relationship management, banking, Private Banking or Wealth Management.

If hired in CA, the base pay for this position is generally between $106,000 - $150,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
