JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the Finance & Business Management team supporting the Consumer Bank Affluent organization, where you will help drive growth through data-driven insights, strategic financial analysis, and business performance management. You will partner closely with Product, General Manager, and Finance leaders to evaluate new opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and measure business outcomes. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence decision-making and help shape the future of the Consumer Bank Affluent business.

As a Finance & Business Management Vice President in the Consumer Bank Affluent organization, you will support the Product and General Manager organizations through financial analysis, business case development, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will evaluate features, capabilities, and strategy changes through business cases and post-implementation performance reviews. You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Servicing, and Finance teams to ensure decisions are grounded in strong economics and communicated through a consistent, executive-ready narrative. You will develop a point of view on the profit and loss impact of planned strategies, support executive decision-making, and help ensure business initiatives are reflected in the overall business performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create financial business cases for new ideas and product initiatives, including sizing, return on investment and payback analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and evaluation of key risks and assumptions
  • Own forecasting of the profit and loss impact of proposed and executed initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and outlooks
  • Evaluate business performance and key drivers, including developing measurement frameworks where needed to assess outcomes
  • Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve business results
  • Support prioritization and roadmap decisions by synthesizing options, trade-offs, and recommendations into decision-ready materials for senior leadership
  • Align stakeholders on assumptions, definitions, and reporting standards to promote a consistent source of business performance information
  • Support post-launch benefit realization reviews and evaluate performance against expected outcomes
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Servicing, and Finance teams to support strategic decision-making and performance management
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, reporting, and financial analyses for senior leadership
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in financial services, financial analysis, business management, strategy, consulting, product finance, or a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and present conclusions concisely
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
