As the
Aerospace Supply Chain Analyst - Demand Signals, you will support the Blue Sky Supply Chain initiative by providing enterprise-wide visibility into demand signal effectiveness, inventory performance, and safety stock outcomes across the end-to-end supply chain. This role serves as a central analytical resource, focused on creating and maintaining standardized metrics, monitoring performance, and deploying analytical support where it is most impactful across Application Support Centers (ASCs), Distribution Centers, and Manufacturing.
This is a hybrid position that can sit at any Aerospace ASC location or Shelby, NC.
Key Responsibilities- Define, produce, and maintain demand, inventory, and service performance metrics used to monitor Blue Sky progress across the supply chain.
- Analyze demand signal propagation across the network and assess alignment between demand, replenishment, and manufacturing outcomes.
- Develop and maintain standard safety stock calculation methodologies used for consistent measurement and performance evaluation.
- Monitor adherence to safety stock targets and report risks, trends, and opportunities impacting service and inventory health.
- Create clear, actionable dashboards and reporting for operational, tactical, and executive decision-making.
- Serve as a central analytical contributor to S&OP / IBP preparation, ensuring consistent data, metrics, and insights across planning forums.
- Provide targeted supply chain analysis, model development, and tool support aligned to network priorities across demand planning, distribution planning, manufacturing planning, and network operations.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities to improve demand signal quality, performance measurement, and overall supply chain responsiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics or related field
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory planning, demand planning, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of demand signals, inventory management concepts, and safety stock methodologies.
- Experience with MRP systems and supply chain planning tools (QAD or similar)
- Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
