Long Description

Gestion des interfaces (écosystème de Mirabel)
  • Interagir avec les équipes Programme (PCL / PMBP), les ingénieurs de projets, le PMO, la Fabrication, la Qualité et la Certification.
  • Coordonner avec la FAL de Mirabel, les équipes d'industrialisation et de soutien à la production afin d'assurer la robustesse de la conception et sa fabricabilité.
  • Soutenir et contribuer à la gouvernance MFT / IPT pour les changements et sujets liés à l'A220.

Planification, suivi et rapports
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration et au suivi des échéanciers de conception A220 (Design Planning Schedules - DPS) et des jalons de conception.
  • Suivre la maturité de la conception, l'état des livrables et les risques techniques au sein des CoC concernés.
  • Fournir des rapports structurés et synthétiques au Bureau d'études Airbus Canada et à la direction du programme.

Certification et conformité
  • Soutenir les activités de conception liées à la certification, à la navigabilité et à la sécurité opérationnelle continue.
  • S'assurer que les livrables de conception et la documentation sont conformes aux plans de certification, aux démonstrations de conformité et aux exigences de la CAW.

Job Title: Aerospace Design Integrator

Location: Mirabel QC (Hybrid, 3 times a week on site)

The role

The Design Integrator supports our design Office and plays a key role in ensuring the integration of engineering designs and changes across commercial aircraft development and in-service lifecycle. The role focuses on design integration, change implementation (PCR / RFC), interface management, and design maturity, ensuring alignment with program objectives, airworthiness, certification, and industrial constraints.

You will act as a central coordination point between The Design Office, Engineering CoCs, Program, Manufacturing, FAL), Certification, and Supplier management, providing consolidated visibility on design impacts, interfaces, risks, and maturity at aircraft and WP level.

Design Integration & Technical Coordination

Coordinate and integrate engineering activities across multiple commercial aircraft design domains (structures, systems, cabin, EWIS, interiors, stress, etc.). Ensure design consistency and technical coherence across impacted aircraft work packages. Act as Design Office focal point for design interdependencies and interfaces at aircraft and WP levels.

Engineering Change & PCR / RFC Integration

Support and coordinate engineering changes (PCR / RFC). Assess, consolidate, and communicate design, certification, manufacturing, and interface impacts of changes. Ensure approved changes are properly integrated into the commercial aircraft design baselines, drawings, and deliverables.

Long Description

Interface Management (Mirabel Ecosystem)

Interface with Program (PCL / PMBP), Project Engineers, PMO, Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification teams. Coordinate with Mirabel FAL, industrialization, and production support teams to ensure design robustness and producibility. Support and contribute to MFT / IPT governance for A220 changes and topics.

Planning, Monitoring & Reporting

Contribute to and monitor A220 Design Planning Schedules (DPS) and design milestones. Track design maturity, deliverables status, and technical risks across impacted CoCs. Provide structured and synthetic reporting to Airbus Canada Design Office and Program leadership.

Certification & Compliance Support

Support design activities linked to certification, airworthiness, and continued operational safety. Ensure design deliverables and documentation are consistent with certification plans, compliance showings, and CAW requirements.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

Participate in Design Office reviews, PCR reviews, milestones, and governance forums. Contribute to continuous improvement of the aircraft design integration processes, tools, and ways of working.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 91, 452 CAD - $ 114 316 CAD / year
