Job Description Summary
The Aeroderivative Program Manager will report into the LMS100 Product Management Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic integration of business and Fleet programs. They will own, prioritize, and lead resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration, alignment, and execution across the horizontal functions in the Gas Power business.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit, I&C, and fleet implementation
  • Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues assigned
  • Develop, implement, and champion the execution of key programs focused on reducing COPQ by driving alignment and engagement across the enabling functions; Engineering, Supply Chain, Poles.
  • Drive improvement in processes across NPI Value Streams
  • Drive NPI toll gate processes for business and fleet improvements
  • Monitor I&C schedules and cross functionally collaborate to lean processes
  • Implement action plans for long term fixes to address product quality issues
  • Develop and lead repair and industrialization strategies for products
  • Drive customization, modification and upgrade (CM&U) campaigns and develop new NPI upgrades
  • Partner with product line managers and product service engineering to kick-off RAM programs to address fleet issues
  • Ensure services operations team is forecasting parts for critical service bulletins based on regional events outlook
  • Fleet Management: Harness fleet event data, borescope inspection reports, depot reports, etc. to derive insights into areas of improvements for product reliability & quality and feed that intelligence into outage forecasting
  • Manage customer communication for product fleet issues
  • Report out on quality workstreams during product value stream Monthly Operating Rhythms

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.

Responsabilités essentielles
•    Piloter le déploiement stratégique des actions correctives pour le NPI (Nouveaux Produits), les Unités Neuves, l'Installation & la Mise en service (I&C) et le déploiement sur la flotte.
•    Assumer la responsabilité de l'objectif de Coût de la Non-Qualité (COPQ) lié aux problèmes de qualité systémique identifiés.
•    Développer, mettre en œuvre et piloter des programmes visant à réduire le COPQ en favorisant l'alignement entre les fonctions clés : Ingénierie, Chaîne d'approvisionnement et Centres d'excellence (Poles).
•    Améliorer les processus tout au long des chaînes de valeur NPI.
•    Piloter les processus de "toll gate" (jalons) NPI pour les améliorations commerciales et de la flotte.
•    Surveiller les calendriers d'I&C et collaborer de manière transversale pour rationaliser les processus.
•    Mettre en œuvre des plans d'action pour des solutions à long terme visant à traiter les problèmes de qualité.
•    Développer et diriger des stratégies de réparation et d'industrialisation des produits.
•    Gérer les campagnes de personnalisation, de modification et de mise à niveau (CM&U) et développer de nouvelles mises à niveau NPI.
•    Collaborer avec les chefs de gamme de produits et l'ingénierie de service pour lancer des programmes RAM (Fiabilité, Disponibilité, Maintenabilité) afin de résoudre les problèmes de flotte.
•    S'assurer que l'équipe des opérations de service prévoit les pièces nécessaires pour les bulletins de service critiques en fonction des perspectives régionales.
•    Gestion de la flotte : Exploiter les données d'événements de la flotte, les rapports d'inspection par endoscopie, les rapports de dépôt, etc., pour obtenir des informations sur les axes d'amélioration de la fiabilité et de la qualité des produits, et intégrer ces données dans les prévisions d'arrêts.
•    Gérer la communication client concernant les problèmes de flotte.
•    Assurer le reporting sur les flux de travail liés à la qualité lors des rythmes opérationnels mensuels de la chaîne de valeur du produit.
Qualifications requises
•    Diplôme : Licence (Bachelor’s degree) en ingénierie ou discipline liée au commerce.
•    Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des turbines à gaz ou une industrie similaire.
•    Minimum 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de leadership au sein d'une gamme de produits, de l'ingénierie, des services ou de la gestion de programmes/projets.
